While performing these visits on farm we can:
HERD HEALTH PROGRAMS
We service many of the large dairy farms in the district. Over the years, we have encouraged these farms to enter into regular herd health programs.
- Perform pregnancy diagnosis
- Assess fresh cows post calving
- Assess the reproductive tract of noncycling cows and provide treatment protocols
- Examine sick animals
- Treat lame cows
- Perform AI (artificial insemination)
